Students will learn the basics of gymnastics, including movement, form, stretching and exercise circuits.

A yoga mat or gym mat Water bottle Running shoes
Students should be prepared to run on the spot, jump, stretch and do yoga poses. You will need an open workout space (enough room to move arms and legs without bumping into anything), proper footwear, and a water bottle.  Students will engage in adequate stretching and a warm-up as part of the lesson. Injuries can occur if students are not properly supervised during physical activity, therefore parental supervision is required for this lesson. 
Gymnastics Ontario coaching experience and competitive strategies will be shared to teach this class. No third party apps required.
