This Intro to Executive Function course is a perfect starting point to begin both middle school and high schoolers off on the right foot.  This course is great for beginning the school year or returning from any extended breaks.  Executive function is broken down into various sections: metacognition, working memory, planning, prioritizing, organization, procrastination and finally time management.  This course will briefly touch upon each area listed above and discuss various strategies to overcome challenges within those specific areas.
