How do electronic devices work? What makes circuits function? In this class, students will explore the essential building blocks of electronics, learning how components like resistors, capacitors, and transistors help control electricity. This class is designed to make electrical engineering concepts easy to understand, using real-world examples, hands-on visuals, and interactive discussions. Learners will see how these components appear in everyday technology and how they interact on circuit boards. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and over a decade of experience working in the field, including practical applications of circuit design, power systems, and digital electronics. My background includes working in both engineering and patent law, where I specialized in analyzing and understanding electrical and electronic systems.
I have been teaching electrical engineering concepts through various platforms, including Outschool, where I’ve developed and taught courses on STEM topics. Additionally, I have over eight years of experience running an educational YouTube channel focused on gaming and technology, making complex topics engaging and accessible to learners of all ages.
I have experience working with children and teens both in structured educational settings and informal mentoring, helping students develop technical skills and confidence in STEM subjects.
