Internet Safety is a top priority, and your child needs to know how to make positive choices to keep safe and secure in society. Students who do not understand internet safety are at risk. In this one-time course, your child will learn to stay safe and secure using their devices online. The class will consist of a fun lecture with a visual presentation, discussions, polls, and fun scenarios. This class will focus on Digital Citizenship, Social Media, and Online Gaming. Topics will include: Internet and Safety Cyberbullying Passwords 101 Personal and Private Information Safety During Game Play Chatting - Social Groups and Friends Sharing is Caring --Not Really Social Media Safety Protecting Your Privacy Reaching Out to Your Trusted Adult
