個人化長笛教學

In this class, students will learn to play the flute or improve their existing flute playing skills. Each class will be tailored to the student's current skill level and personal goals, which can be discussed at the first lesson or before starting. 

Lessons can include instruction on topics including:
- Proper instrument care and assembly
- Music reading
- Efficient and effective practice techniques
- Music theory
- Tone production, including vibrato, dynamics, and intonation
- Rhythm and counting
- Musical interpretation and phrasing
- Articulation, including double and triple tongueing
- The relation of music history to performance practice

During each lesson we will go over techniques, exercises, and repertoire and the student will be given an assignment to practice for the next lesson. Assignments can be adjusted for the individual student's goals and amount of practice time. Students should expect to be assigned exercises, including tone studies and scales, as well as musical literature appropriate to the student's level. We can also work on music that students are working on for band or other ensembles, or popular tunes.
