In this ongoing class, students will study a different body system/body part each week. Some examples of topics that will be covered are: The Brain, the Eye, the Skeletal System, the Circulatory System, and many more! Each class will begin with a vibrant presentation. Students will be encouraged to participate in discussions and ask/answer questions. They will then participate in a hands-on activity to help them remember the content. We will make 2D and 3D models of the human body and engage...

I am a certified elementary school teacher. I taught science for 5 years.
I will send out the materials list one week before each class. Some materials we may be using can include: Paper Paint and paintbrushes Scissors Glue Tape Markers/crayons/colored pencils Cardboard Kitchen materials (rice, noodles) Craft supplies (feathers, buttons, glitter) If ever you are missing any materials, send me a message! I am always able to think of an alternative! Week of May 5: The Skeletal System Supplies Needed: Black paper (or any color) A white crayon/white colored pencil Scissors Glue Q-tips or dry pasta
