Hello and welcome to my class on learning how to design. I have been using this wonderful free software Canva for the last 5 years to design, t-shirts, birthday cards, leaflets, posters, and much more. In this one-time class, I will teach you all you need to know about this free platform. This class would be very well suited to someone creative who loves designing or someone who would love to learn how to design free leaflets, posters for school or for their own personal use. Whether you want to create a birthday card, party invitations, or your own logo for a t-shirt I can show you all you need to know. Please be respectful and kind if there are additional learners in the class. The students and I will choose a design and a template and create something together. I recommend bringing a notebook and pen to make notes during the lesson.

Students will gain a good knowledge of how to design on Canva. They will be able to create different templates and learn about free copywrite free image websites.
