Hello, my name is Obada.

I am an avid writer and art enthusiast, and I have always been passionate about sharing knowledge. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in neuroscience. My interest in science and writing led me to teach at a community college, where I was a Professional Tutor for four years. I tutored biology, English, and writing both in-person and online. When I am not teaching, I spend my time drawing and immersed in the world of possibilities that is creative writing.

When it comes to art and writing, I have always believed that everyone should have the opportunity to express themselves however they want. Creativity is not just a talent some are born with. It is a skill that all can learn! This is why my classes are designed with purpose and flexibility. I teach the basic skills that you need to create, but also stimulate your creativity to run as wild as it can. My passion for art and writing is what has guided me to teach on Outschool, and I hope to share this passion with you.
