How to Build a Worm Farm

Classes start March 2025

Live class structure. The class will be very hands on and engaging. While we may use photos, videos, or other learning materials, the best materials will be interaction in the class.

During How to Build a Worm Farm, we will

-discuss different types of worms for your worm farm
-review materials and supplies list
-review feeding requirements for worm farm
-practices safe methods for maintaining worm farm
-learn how to harvest worm castings
-learn how and what to use worm castings for in your garden & houseplants
-learn how to increase worm population
-feed worms & give worm treats

Week 1: Types of Worms, Materials & Supplies

Week 2: Setup Worm Farm, Feeding, Treats, & Maintenance 

Week 3: Harvesting Worm Castings & Uses, Increasing Worm Population 

This class will build off each other.

No required skills or prerequisites needed for How to Build a Worm Farm.
