如何成為更好的視奏者：充滿信心地閱讀音樂 (Flex)

The ability to sight-read music is one of the most useful skills that a musician can have, but most students aren't taught what happens when we sight-read or how to practice sight-reading to become better. In this class, we'll talk about what our eyes, ears, and brain do when when we sight-read. Then, we'll talk about three characteristics of good sight-readers and each student will work with me and classmates to practice each skill before making their own personal sight-reading practice plan tailored to their performance level. In this interactive class, students are encouraged to ask questions, post videos, discuss, and collaborate on their personal sight-reading plans. Students will play different instruments and play at different levels, but these characteristics of good sight-readers are the same, regardless of level. Together, we'll work to make good sight-readers!
