In the first week of class, students will discuss a problem that Fairy Tale Land is having. They will act as Representatives and they will then draft legislation to fix the issue. They will be given the problem: Creatures of Fairyland are being terrorized by motorized vehicles running through the parks. They will be asked to draft a law that prevents or solves this problem. I was a criminal defense investigator for 15 years and then graduated law school. I currently work as an administrative judge.
Homework
頻率: 包括回饋: 包括細節: There is no outside of the class assignment. Students should be prepared to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
There should be nothing sensitive in the discussions. We are discussing laws, criminal behavior (violating the law), and what that punishment should be.
