If students would like to apply the course towards middle or high school elective credit, a letter grade or P/F can be assigned and I can complete their school’s elective credit application and verification. Content is thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs of students by incorporating various learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. This course is designed to create an inclusive & dynamic learning environment.

Working with horses is an inherently dangerous activity. If students have access to practicing and applying course content directly with a horse, it should only be done so with a supervising, experienced adult.

As a certified CTE: Agriscience teacher and barn owner/manager, I have a wealth of hands-on experience in equine care and horsemanship.
