To make the most of the workshop, it is recommended to have a hula hoop and wear comfortable clothing that allows for an easy grip. Beginners may benefit from larger hoops, measuring 32" (81 cm) or more in diameter, while advanced hoopers can enjoy the exhilaration of smaller hoops, enabling high speeds and a plethora of tricks.
