It's the most wonderful time of the year! In this class, each week we will learn two new holiday songs, practice singing and then have a fun game of freeze dance! ( For the freeze dance portion, please make sure your learner has a safe space to dance. Please make sure an adult is nearby to monitor and make sure the learner is safe. Please move chair out of the way and any other potential hazards - they can also have water nearby in case they work up a sweat!) After our freeze dance game, we will draw one of the characters from that song! For example, if we learned Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, we will draw a Rudolph at the end of class! Here are some of the songs we will be learning: Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Frosty the Snowman Here Comes Santa Claus Feliz Navidad Rocking Around the Christmas Tree All I Want for Christmas is my Two Front Teeth Santa Shark I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas Let It Snow Please remember to bring your dancing shoes, a blank piece of paper to class, some markers or crayons and a smile to class! I cannot wait to see you!

Hello! My name is Lili Flores!
I have a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 (Education Prek- 6th Grade) with a Bilingual component from Texas State University.
I taught Kindergarten for 4 years and 2nd grade for 1 year in a traditional classroom setting. I have 4 years of online teaching experience. I started teaching on Outschool in 2020 and have loved connecting with students and families here!
My goal for my online classroom is to create a space where my students feel listened to, comfortable and loved; all while having fun!
We will be learning and playing together! I love keeping my classes active so make sure you bring some water with you!
Spanish is my first language and I love teaching kiddos to love it. I also love drawing, reading books and laughing. I look forward to doing all of those things with your kiddos.
I believe relationship is the foundation of any teacher/student interaction. It is my hope that all of my students feel seen, heard and valued.
