Hello and Welcome to The History of Baseball Class! The History of Baseball is an interesting subject that weaves in some major American History events - like Ted Williams, Bob Feller, Joe DiMaggio, and many others into World War Two. The main learning goal of our course is to examine and understand the history of baseball. The class will also track some major American History events as it impacted the game of baseball. The class will finish with some trivia questions from the class and a seminar discussion on our favorite teams and players. If time allows we can discuss the changes in the game and where we think it might go from our current times.
