Students will learn fun ways to be active in a limited space, the importance of various nutrients, and ways to improve our overall wellness.
I have an M.S. in health education and a B.S. in health, wellness, and nutrition. I have spent most of the last decade developing and teaching curriculum for youth and family community health programs. I've had the opportunity to help children and adults learn about the prevention and reversal of chronic health issues and feel more capable in the face of confusing health and nutrition information.
For each class, students will need water, a 6-10-inch ball (or stuffed animal), and two tennis balls (or similar sized) or small cans.
