In this 6-week class we will be meeting once a week to discuss what we read Harry Potter and the sorcerer's stone. Every week the goal is to read three chapters that way by week 6 we will have read the entire first book. We will discuss our favorite parts of the novel and have the opportunity to share with the class our Harry Potter merch we have collected. We will play Harry Potter games like Harry Potter would you rather. Every 2nd class we will be making an awesome Harry Potter themed craft! Class 2 we will be making headwig. Class 4 we will be making a snitch. Cla Class 6 we will be making our very own wand. Everyone in class is free to come to class dressed up in Harry Potter costumes or merch.

Let's discuss harry potter chapter 1-3. We will play a Harry Potter Game as well. Feel free to Bring anything you would like to show the class that is harry potter related. 60 分鐘線上直播課

I am so excited to have this class today, because its craft day!! Todays craft is Hedwig the owl. Here is a list of things we will need-
- White wash cloth
_ rubber band or hair tie
_ craft glue
- ribbon or string

Harry Potter Book Club
Craft day! In todays class we will be making a Golden snitch! Here are the supplies we need to bring to class today-
- Tin foil
- gold acrylic paint
- gold glitter (optional)
-tooth pic
- white printer paper

Learner must be able to read or listen to 3 chapters of harry potter a week. By week six we will have finished the whole book!

Craft for lesson 2- Headwig the owl 1 white washcloth 1 rubber band or hair elastic yellow or orange felt ribbon of your favorite color craft glue craft for lesson 2- Golden snitch tin foil white paper toothpick golden paint gold glitter optional craft for lesson 6- wand hot glue gun at least 4 glue sticks paintbrush modpodge acrylic paint of your desired color choose at least two colors craft gems you will need some sort of stick the desired size for your wand a pencil can be used as well as a chopstick. bring an extra in case there is extra time or need of a redo.

I am a homeschool mom of three for ten years. My children are avid readers, and they love the Harry Potter series. I am also a fan the books and the movies. When I was younger Harry Potter was one of my favorite book series and really heightened my hunger for reading. I will be including my love of crafts; every third class we will be doing a Harry Potter themed craft!評論
