Unleash your child’s creativity with Rozine’s Halloween Haunted House Art Class! Students will learn to draw a spooky haunted house complete with broken windows, ghosts, bats, and eerie architectural details like siding, shingles, and a balcony railing. The composition will be finished with a chilling background of an overgrown lawn and a moonlit sky. Rozine will provide step-by-step guidance, helping students to build their haunted house using basic shapes and adding intricate details. The class focuses on drawing techniques, with a brief introduction to shading and texturing with colored pencils. Students can use their choice of coloring tools, including markers, crayons, and colored pencils. Sharpie markers can be used for outlining with parental approval; otherwise, other black markers or coloring tools are acceptable. This class encourages artistic expression and imagination in a supportive environment. Students are expected to complete their coloring after class to fully develop their artwork. Students will need either a sketchpad, or 5-10 sheets of drawing or printer paper. Pencils and erasers are a must. Coloring utensils can be crayons, colored pencils, and/or markers. A Sharpie marker is optional. Students can frame their artwork by stapling or taping it to a larger sheet of colored construction paper (also optional).
