成長心態：錯誤很重要！ 8-12歲

Students will be guided through discussion and slides to learn the benefits of having a growth mindset and how to create a growth mindset for themselves to produce success in life.  They will discuss a time they learned from a challenge,  and learn about creating and strengthening neural pathways.  They will practice adding the word "yet" at the end of "I can't" sentences and will rewrite "I can't" sentences into "I can ....if..." sentences.  We will discuss the idea of blaming others and how important it is to take responsibility and stand in our power.
We will be writing and drawing in class and will also take a minute for body movement with the tree pose to symbolize how life can make us lose balance sometimes, but we can learn from a tree and stay strong and grounded.
