In this fitness and dance party, learners are encouraged to wear any fun costume.  We'll be doing Halloween-themed hip hop dance steps.  The dance steps will include fun footwork and silly imitations of monsters.  This class is meant to be an opportunity for learners to let loose and have some fun!

We'll start the class with introductions and costume explanations at the learner's discretion.  We'll then stretch and warm-up.  The bulk of the class after that is a big dance party.  I'll show them different moves which they can copy. We'll finish with a freestyle dance session so that everyone can show off all of their favorite wiggles.  

In this class, I encourage students to enjoy expressing themselves through dance.  In this class, there's less emphasis on technique and execution.  We're here to have fun!!!

During class, students will be muted. This helps with the sound quality and for the video to always be on the teacher so everyone can view the steps at all times. There will be verbal interaction between students throughout the class so it's helpful that they know how to unmute themselves or someone is present to do it for them.  

There is no previous experience needed for this class and it can be taken as many times as the learner desires. :)
