In this lesson, learners will have fun listening to a story about a group of students who try to write stories using proper and common nouns. Suddenly, the evil Miss Spell enters and takes away all the proper and common nouns! Who can save the day? Maybe the superheroes Proper Pete and Common Cat! After the story, we will play an interactive noun game, where the students get to control the screen using a computer mouse, touch pad, or Ipad. Then we will make our craft. The students will use...
Students will improve their understanding of proper and common nouns. They will also be able to listen to a story and be able to share proper and common nouns from the story. Finally, students will be able to sort proper and commons nouns and correctly glue them to a flip flap book.
