Hello 👋, are you looking for a 12th grader high school Chemistry class? If yes, this class may be a good fit.
In this 8 weeks summer camp, students will be learn the following;
Week 1: Atomic Model and Properties of Atoms
- Quantum numbers
- Electronic configuration
Week 2: Chemical Bonding and Properties of Matter
- Hybridizations
- Lewis and Resonance Structures
- Sigma and pi bonds
-Polarity, intermolecular forces
Week 3: Organic Chemistry 1 and 2
- Hydrocarbons
- Functional groups
- Isomerism
- Nomenclature
- Organic reactions
Week 4: Thermochemistry.. Equilibrium,
Week 6: Acids and Bases
Week 7: Reaction rates
Week 8: Electrochemistry
Each week topics will be explained in a simple way and practical examples will be used, to help students understand better, where applicable. This class will be interactive and students will be able to demonstrate understanding by participating in the review questions towards the end of the class. Class will hold twice a week for 8 weeks.學習目標
