Join Rozine for a fun and festive art class where children will learn to draw charming gingerbread houses adorned with all sorts of sweet decorations! Students will start by sketching the basic shapes of their houses. Step by step, they'll add fun details like doors, windows, and yummy treats. Rozine encourages creativity, inviting students to personalize their designs with backgrounds and extra scenery. In this supportive environment, young artists will thrive as they explore their artistic skills and bring their holiday visions to life! Students thrive in a creative environment where they are encouraged to develop their imagination and artistic expression.

Students will need either a sketchpad, or 5-10 sheets of drawing or printer paper (just in case). Pencils and erasers are a must. Coloring utensils can be crayons, colored pencils, and/or markers. Paint is fine, if student is familiar, but will not be taught during this class. A Sharpie marker is optional. Students can frame their artwork by stapling it to a larger sheet of colored construction paper (also optional).

Since 2005, Rozine taught cartooning classes to elementary-aged, inner-city children in Chicago and Los Angeles. She is the illustrator, author, and publisher of several all-age coloring activity books.
