Do you consider yourself an organized person? Do you need help keeping track of your things? Come get organized with us! Learn how to organize yourself using a daily planner, create folders in your Google Drive, and plan for success. This self paced class is recommended for students of all abilities in middle school. Organization check in classes throughout the year are also be available to help you stay on track and keep yourself organized the whole year! Videos and slides will be provided for 3 different executive functioning and organization strategies: -Labeling folders for each class -Google Drive organization -Using a paper planner Please see the learner supply list for recommended materials to obtain before attending this class. I am a special educator and welcome learners of all abilities, including those with Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD and more.

For this class you will need: -a calendar/planner for the whole school year (2024-2025) -your class schedule for the year -a Google account -different colored folders for each class you are taking this year *Colored pens are optional but are my favorite tool for making organization fun!! **If you are looking for affordable options, my go-to stores are Walmart, Target, and the Dollar Tree!

Hi everyone! My name is Emily Freda and I am so excited to be teaching on Outschool! I can't wait to share my love of reading and life skills with you! I graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Special Education and a Masters in Curriculum & Instruction. I currently teach special education in Virginia. For the last 3 years, I taught high school Reading and English, and now I am a self contained Autism teacher! I believe that learning should be fun, and that everyone deserves to learn!
