In this class, your learner will explore key exercises that improve muscle strength, along with the importance of fueling their body with the right foods. Whether they're a beginner or looking to take their fitness to the next level, this course will provide them with the motivation and tools to develop healthy habits that last a lifetime. Throughout the course, learners will participate in fun, beginner-friendly workouts and discover simple, delicious recipes that help support their physical activity. Each lesson includes easy-to-follow exercise routines, motivational tips to stay on track, and nutritious snacks and meals that will fuel their workout and keep them feeling great. Get Fit & Focused With Chris is designed to help learners develop both physical strength and a positive relationship with food.
