Get ready to build strength, boost focus, and feel energized with Get Fit & Focused With Chris—a dynamic 6-week course that combines the fundamentals of strength training with essential nutrition tips to help your learner feel stronger and more confident. In this class, your learner will explore key exercises that improve muscle strength, along with the importance of fueling their body with the right foods. Whether they're a beginner or looking to take their fitness to the next level, this course will provide them with the motivation and tools to develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Throughout the course, learners will participate in fun, beginner-friendly workouts and discover simple, delicious recipes that help support their physical activity. Each lesson includes easy-to-follow exercise routines, motivational tips to stay on track, and nutritious snacks and meals that will fuel their workout and keep them feeling great.
