This class is part of a series of classes meant to provide opportunities for students to review and practice math concepts typically taught in grades 6-8. The focus of this class is volume of three-dimensional shapes. Below is a list of concepts that we will be covering during this course. •Day One: Volume of Cubes and Prisms •Day Two: Volume of Pyramids and Cylinders •Day Three: Volume of Cones and Spheres Please note that this is a multi-day class with a set schedule. Please review the entire schedule before enrolling, as missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded. Thank you!

Hello! I have been teaching and working in the public school setting for the past nineteen years, and tutoring privately for the past ten years. I have worked with students ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade in math, reading, writing mechanics, American History, and beginning Spanish. I especially enjoy working with students in small groups or individually, and developed skills as an online educator when schools had to close for the pandemic. I have continued to work online with learners today, and truly enjoy it. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy watching television and movies, and traveling with my family.評論
