I’ve always loved to travel and wanted to create a course where I can share my passion with my students. Students will travel to a different destination around the world every week. We will learn fun facts about each country. I will facilitate the lesson with information and questions for each country. We will discuss geographical location, animals, language, food, landmarks, and maybe even more! I keep the class size small because I want to give everyone a chance to speak and share their...
I have backpacked through many countries around the world. This has given me the chance to really learn about and appreciate each one of them. I research every country heavily before teaching the class. I also use my contacts from around the world as references. I am a certified elementary school teacher and have taught social studies every year.
