Over 10 years of experience as a strings teacher (violin, fiddle, viola, and cello) and a lifetime of playing violin and fiddle. Track record of successful private lessons, camps, workshops, virtual group classes, and Flex classes.

Required: Violin or viola and bow in good playing condition. Shoulder rest or sponge. Rosin for the bow. Recommended: Tuner (Pitch Clip) and metronome or metronome app.
Suzuki Violin Books 1 & 2 are highly recommended resources for repertoire to practice. Learners can also choose to incorporate skills from this class in other repertoire, curriculum, solo pieces, or music from school ensembles.
