This class is more advanced than "Funny Money and Strange Change". It will help to bring the coin craft from the part 1 class to help identify each coin for the activities. Learners will solve word problems involving money. They will determine how many coins of each will total the value given. They will determine how much money is saved over a period of time. They will calculate how much change a customer will recieve and how much money was given to the clerk. They will use inequality signs to show equal, greater than and less than amounts. Learners will have practice using their addition, subtraction and multiplication skills! And more!

I teach Science and Math classes for Outschool. I have a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I've had experience as a Chemistry lab instructor in undergraduate university. While in graduate school, I was a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry classes for 8 semesters. Also, I was a Chemistry camp Assistant for "Fun with Forensic Chemistry".
I have worked internationally as a teacher and am TESOL certified. In South Korea, I taught high school Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Physical Science and Geometry. I taught English and Math from K-8 in South Korea as well.評論
