Let's be creative and enjoy the process! In this ongoing class we will create arts and crafts projects using common art materials and household items. Learner creativity and artistic individuality will be encouraged. Supply list will vary each week and will be posted in the classroom. Learners will practise using their creativity to enjoy the process of creating arts and crafts.
I am an avid crafter and love to paint, create macrame hangings, crochet, craft with paper and planners, and experiment with the latest crafting trends. I am a certified elementary teacher and have been working with learners in schools and online for over 10 years.
Supplies will vary each week and will be posted in the classroom. Common items may include: - Paint (washable or acrylic) - Paint brushes - Paper (Mix media, cardstock, construction paper) - Scissors - Glue - Pencil crayons - Empty toilet paper rolls/paper towel rolls - Markers - Yarn
Learners may be required to use scissors. Supervision/help should be nearby. If scissors are not in the week’s supply list, they will not be needed. This information will be provided in advance of the class.
