I'm excited to help your child improve their reading skills! We will spend 25 min reading a discussing a given text. We will focus on comprehension of the text and recalling information. For beginner readers we will focus on decoding and phonic skills. Students can pick from the following books to read: * Bob Books * A Variety of Dr. Seuss Beginner Books * Frog and Toad (2nd grade reading level) * Magic Tree House (3rd grade reading level) * Boxcar Children (3rd grade reading level) All the books will be shared on my screen, so you do not need to have the text.

Fall and Winter Updates!
There will be no classes September 2nd, November 28th, December 24th, 25th, and January 1st. I will not be able to respond to messages during this time also. Thanks!

I love to help students become confident readers! Reading can open up the whole world to students! I will teach reading classes based on classic children's stories. These include "Frog and Toad" and "The Boxcar Children"
I have my bachelor's and master's degrees in Education. I'm certified to teach reading in the state of Michigan to students in grades k-8. Over the past 10 years, I have helped many students improve their reading skills. I have taught students in America and also in Thailand.
Reading should be fun! Learning to read should also be fun! I hope to create an environment that students are excited to come to. When students are excited about reading, their reading skills will soar.
One fun fact about me is that I have competed in two half marathons!評論
