課堂經歷

Students will improve their core balance, strength, overall endurance and self-confidence.  
I have been certified as a personal trainer.  I have also been Red Cross trained and certified as a water safety instructor.  I have been teaching teen and adult exercise and water exercise for over 10 years.  
Please have an open area free of dangerous objects.  Also, keep an eye out for your learners safety at all times.  I recommend an exercise (yoga) mat, a bottle of water and proper footwear.  Students are encouraged to warm up at least 5 minutes before class. Injuries can occur if not properly supervised.
