Hi! I'm Rhonda Hart, a certified children and teens yoga teacher with CRYT and 500 RYT credentials. I have been an educator for over 20 years, teaching Sign Language, Music, Basic Elementary Concepts (Reading, Writing, Language, Math, Science, Social Studies), English as a Second Language, Social Emotional Learning, and Yoga. I hold a Doctorate in School Leadership, a Master's in Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. Additionally, I've completed specialized training in trauma-informed yoga and social-emotional learning with Breath for Change and YogaFaith. My classes are designed to be fun, inclusive, and supportive, helping kids and teens develop physical well-being, emotional resilience, and a positive self-image.
