Loup-Garou (Werewolf) is a popular group game similar to others like Among Us or Mafia. In this social deduction game, players are assigned secret roles as either villagers or werewolves. The villagers must work together to identify and eliminate the werewolves, while the werewolves aim to deceive and eliminate the villagers without being discovered. Through discussion, debate, and voting, players must use their deductive reasoning and persuasion skills to uncover the truth and survive the night. Loup-Garou provides an exciting and interactive experience that encourages communication, critical thinking, and strategy, making it an ideal tool for learning French in a dynamic and engaging way.

Class structure
The class will begin with a brief introduction to the game and its rules, followed by an introduction of key phrases used to play the game. This will be followed by interactive gameplay entirely conducted in French - through participation in the game, learners will naturally pick up new language. We'll wrap up with a debriefing session where students can ask questions and consolidate their learning.

I employ a dynamic teaching style that prioritizes engagement and participation. Through the immersive nature of Loup-Garou, learners will absorb language naturally, fostering a fun and effective learning environment. Students will be learning French without even realizing it, as they work to uncover who the werewolf is. 

I start by providing some basic vocabulary necessary in order to play the game, with some extra suggestions to make the game flow smoothly. I will write and say any additional words that learners need throughout the gameplay. Learners will have ample opportunities to interact with their peers throughout the class - we'll engage in discussions to solve the mysteries of Loup-Garou.
