In this class, students will learn the basic concept of fractions using their love of Minecraft. We will be reviewing fractions as (a whole). This class is designed to be either a remedial lesson or an introduction lesson to fractions as a whole. Students prior knowledge of fractions can be minimal to none. There is no formal assessment for this class. Students progress will be assessed throughout the lesson by answering questions out loud individually or as a group. Students will also be required to write fractions to demonstrate their understanding in class. Students knowledge can also be gauged through playing the Kahoot game at the end of class.提供的成績
In this class students will need to bring the following materials:
1. Something to write on (paper, marker board, chalk board, OR digital screen)
2. Writing tool (pencil, markers, crayons, OR colored pencils)
3. Second device to play Kahoot game on (tablet, iPad, phone)
