Students will learn about the animals of the Hell Creek formation 66 million years ago. The topics covered will be: 1) The states in the USA that the Hell Creek fossils can be found. 2) The ancient environment of Hell Creek 3)The small animals of Hell Creek 4)The plant eating dinosaurs of Hell Creek 5)The meat eating dinosaurs of Hell Creek My class will be structured along the hierarchy of the food web of Hell Creek, beginning the with plants and ending with Tyrannosaurus rex. I will teach using a mixture of discussion, lectures, slides and prerecorded images. My teaching style can be described as interactive. Learners will get to interact with me through discussion, slides, video clips and lectures No required experience or knowledge needed.

Students will learn what fossils can be found in Hell Creek, where to find these fossils exactly, and the ancient ecosystem that used to be there.
