Fortnite Phonics Camp - 常見單字、母音、母音組、有向字母等

This class focuses on improving reading skills for young readers.  Many phonics skills will be taught through this Fortnite themed class.  Students will learn about short and long vowels, vowel rules, vowel teams, consonant and vowel digraphs, and sight words.  Each class will be taught using google slides, video clips, games, discussion, interactive activities, and visuals.

Day #1 Skills:
-identify vowels
-learn short and long vowel rules
-practice spelling and reading new words
-identify and practice new sight words
-play a game to show comprehension of skills

Day #2 Skills:
-review vowels and rules
-identify vowel teams and their sounds
-identify and practice more new sight words
-complete an activity to show comprehension of skills

Day #3 Skills:
-review vowels and vowel teams
-learn about consonant and vowel digraphs
-identify and practice more new sight words
-play Bingo with new words learned

This class is perfect for fairly new readers as well as young readers who need more practice and skills.  Students do need to be familiar with the alphabet letters and sounds prior to taking this class.  Upon completion of this class, students will be better equipped to read and sound out words as well as recognize new sight words to improve their reading level.

You will receive several resources in this class, including 3 sets of sight words cards to use for practice after the class ends.
