Focus on Fractions with Nicole the Math Lady (Grade 6) will introduce students to several concepts related to fractions including: -reciprocals -complex fractions -converting fractions/percents/decimals -combining three fractions -complex fractions -and more! Each class will include a short prerecorded video followed by an optional printable, self-graded practice assignment. Parents appreciate Nicole's videos for their combination of clarity and conciseness. Students enjoy Nicole's friendly, supportive style. Videos range from 4-9 minutes long. During the final week, there is an optional cumulative assessment that can be submitted for feedback. Please note: While these videos were recorded to teach the Saxon Math lessons, this Outschool course has been designed for students using any/all math curriculum. No Saxon materials are required and there is no reference to Saxon Math in the videos.
