長笛理論與技術

This class will begin with our major scales.  We will build major scales using the Circle of Fifths and key signatures.  Individual students will have different goals based on experience.  Once the students are comfortable with the major scales, we will proceed to minor scales.  We will use our knowledge of key signatures   and the relationships between major and minor scales to build our minor scales.

We will improve our tone quality and range using warmups and exercises selected by the teacher to match the ability of the students.  Students should expect to play the exercises in different octaves and possibly different keys.  This will increase their range and versatility as a flutist.
