Student will learn the importance of exercise, health and fitness.  My goal is to teach all students exercises they are able to do safely at home.  I also will teach the student about nutrition, students will be able to learn what they should eat and shouldn't eat.  This will help they make proper food choices to enjoy a happy healthy life style. 
Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Science
Crossfit Kids Certified
Crossfit Level 1 
Personal Trainer Experience

All homework will be individual homework. It should only take students a few minutes after class to write up their homework. Homework will be allowed to be posted to the group messaged board or they can email myself. It is optional if the student wants to share their homework. Homework will be extra workouts during the week.

Students will have a chance to compare their first workout to their last workout to see their overall improvement.

Students will be provided a workout demonstration done by myself.  I will also provide a PowerPoint for each lesson.   I encourage all students to have water available when they are doing the workout, wearing the proper shoes and clothing (something that is comfortable to move in).   Also it is important for the students to have space to move and exercise.
Weights can be used but they are not required.

I will provide demonstration videos and power points for the students during each class.
