This ongoing class will allow students to focus on areas they need extra support in to improve their grades in Spanish class, to enhance their speaking, listening and reading ability, improve their pronunciation, or just have fun with the language! Lessons are built around student need based on the teacher's assessment of their current language ability and needs. Learners will develop their confidence in the language across all areas of language instruction, as relevant to their needs; including reading, writing, speaking, listening and pronunciation.
Ms. Shiren studied Spanish at the University of Toronto and has worked and travelled in Latin America and Spain. She is a fluent Spanish-speaker and has been teaching and tutoring Spanish from age 7 through high school Spanish, including IB and AP Spanish.
