課堂經歷
Students will experience a fun workout in this 15 minute class while dancing along to fun songs! . All fitness levels are encouraged. These classes are high energy and lots of fun! Students are encouraged to wear their favourite bright colours while dancing. Because of the nature of this class, students will be greeted very quickly when admitted and then dancing and moving the whole time. This class is meant to be quick fun break from their day, where they can let loose and dance with all of us! Although this is a one time class, each day is a different routine, so we encourage you to sign up as many times as you like! Younger and older siblings are welcome! All songs will be instrumental. This is an example of the type of music that will be played: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgk0xtM7KN8 Some examples of the dance moves are: -Fist pumps -Walk forward -Walk Back -Jump -Celebration -Head Bop -Standing push outs -Single Single Double feet -Square footwork -Bounce -Jazz Hands -Jazz Hands with side steps -Free movement Students are encouraged to follow along or make up their own moves in this dance party! Parents should ensure that all students have an open workout space. We suggest a wood floor and bare feet, but a carpeted floor could also work. Parents should ensure all students have access to water during the class. Students may prepare for the class with adequate stretching beforehand, and additional stretching will be taught at the start and end of every class. Injuries may occur is students do not have an open workout space, adequate stretching, or parental supervision during class. Students working out without water or in a very warm room may become dehydrated or ill, so we ask that the workout room be a comfortable temperature.

Fitness has always been important to me. Over the years, I have taught children of all ages in yoga, dance and general cardio fitness. I believe fitness is important for health and mental well being. I have learned how to adapt to different age levels, as well as taught internationally.
