In this one time class, we will have fun learning about fireflies using each letter of the word firefly. This activity is called an acrostic. We will have fun sharing different words that represent the habitat of fireflies. Learners will see each of the letters and then practice saying the words that show off the characteristic of fireflies. Learners will see a map of the best place to catch fireflies. Learners can tell a favorite firefly story or even share their favorite thing about fireflies.
