課堂經歷

Students will interact with the teacher and each other as they practice proper dining ettiquette.  Oral repetition and hands-on learning will be emphasized.   Good communication skills include addressing wait staff, ordering from a menu, and using basic manners while dining will be topics covered in this class.  The second class will be students demonstrating what they learned with table setting, dining etiquette, and ordering a three-course meal from their choice menu!

Students will gain an understanding of proper dining etiquette related to handling tableware and a napkin.  They will have an opportunity to learn how to address wait staff, order from a menu, properly dine and use basic manners.

My background in teacher education and my experience in leadership  have allowed me to practice proper etiquette for many years with many different audiences. It has been a keen interest of mine and I feel it is becoming a lost art.  I hope to change that by offering this unique class!
