In this one-time Spanish class, students will learn fun words and phrases related to the beach. No prior exposure to Spanish is required. We will discuss all the things you take with you on a trip to the beach, and we will talk about the various sea creatures you might see at the beach. We will also play a fun game. Visual props will be used as well as PowerPoint presentations. We will complete a beach activity together. Grab your sunglasses and beach hat for an imaginary trip to the beach with me!

Handouts will be available prior to the session and will need to be printed out by the parent. Each child should have their own set of crayons, markers, or colored pencils, as well as scissors and glue. Your child is encouraged to bring any beach related objects they might have at home such as sunglasses, shells, a float, a pail and shovel, etc. to class.

¡Hola amigos! My name is Señora Faith and I LOVE teaching Spanish to children!
Here are some fun facts about me:
⭐️ I live in Florida where I can use the Spanish language on a daily basis!
⭐️ I have over 20 years of experience teaching children of all ages.
⭐️ I speak three languages fluently -- Portuguese, Spanish, and English. I also studied both French and German for several years and am currently learning Chinese!
⭐️ I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language Education. I also lived in Spain and was able to study at the University of Madrid!
⭐️ I have worked in schools teaching classes and small groups, and also have experience teaching homeschoolers as well.
⭐️ When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and cheering on our favorite sports teams!
✨ My Spanish classes are fun and informative, and will get your children speaking Spanish right away! I use bright, colorful visuals, as well as songs and games in each lesson. I can't wait to meet you all and start speaking Spanish together!評論
