In this week-long class, we will create, count, and add Fall items! Students will use scissors to cut construction paper and glue to make collages, trees, bugs, and other Fall things. We will be counting the different things we add to our collage and how many pieces we use to make our artwork. Day 1: Trees- Today we will use construction paper to make an apple and orange tree. Construction paper, scissors, and glue. Day 2: Bugs- Today we will be making bugs with construction paper. We will count how many legs are on our bugs as we glue them on! Day 3: Farm- Today we will use colored pencils to draw a farm. We will draw a barn, farm animals, and crops! Day 4: Painting- Today we will paint a Fall picture. Learners will use their own creativity to design their Fall painting then, we will share and discuss our painting. Day 5: Collage- Today we will make a Fall collage. We will draw and cut out Fall things then, glue them onto a piece of paper to make a collage.

I love teaching young children primarily through play and art! I love to do hands on activities and include learning in everyday things! I believe children learn best when their interests are being used in teaching and the learning is fun! I don't cancel classes due to low enrollment and make every effort possible to have 2 or more learners in a class. 評論
