This is a week-long course that covers the basic foundations to fractions. This course is ideal for giving extra support to learners who struggle with fractions or learners who want to get ahead of the game and learn fractions early! Our schedule for the week is as follows:

Monday: Equal partitions of shapes and how to read and build a fraction with shapes
Tuesday: How to read and build a fraction on a number line
Wednesday: Comparing fractions
Thursday: Equivalent fractions and review!

There will be no grades or tests. In each lesson I go over the concept, walkthrough and model a practice problem, then we do a practice problem together, and lastly, each learner will do a practice problem on their own with my support if needed.
