Grade Transparency: Students will have access to their grades throughout the course to monitor their performance and seek additional support if needed. Role of Grades: Assessment Feedback: Grades will serve as feedback on students' understanding, engagement, and mastery of course material. They will provide insight into areas of strength and areas for improvement. Motivational Tool: Grades can serve as a motivational tool to encourage students to strive for academic excellence, set goals, and track their progress over the duration of the course.
