Understanding of the human body and how it functions optimally is an essential piece of our growth and well-being. Students will learn about the functions and processes of specific systems in the human body.
I have a Bachelors Degree as an Intervention Specialist, Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning and over ten years of experience teaching academic subjects in middle school public school settings. I have also held certifications as a group fitness instructor and worked as a health coach, as well as studying linguistics and lifespan of motor development.
Students will be provided with optional handouts. There are differentiated options to accommodate a variety of learning styles.
