The Mr. Bones warmup teaches about the skeletal system inside YOUR own body. Confidence, first and foremost & basic aerobic movement is the name of the game! Palersize, being their first experience of exercise, instills in them a belief that exercise is a really cool thing to do for the rest of your life!
* 1 SMALL PUMPKIN for lifting weights with their arms/ bicep curls, as well as raising and lowering the pumpkin in front of them from eye level to the ground while sitting criss cross Pal pumpkin sauce. * 1 WHITE LATEX BALLOON, blown up, for throwing up in the air, as we keep it flying by bumping it with our hands & forearm.

3 year olds commonly watch the first class or two before Palticipating. It is their way of learning : ) and its ALL good! They jump in when ready. It's part of the process. It's Paldorable! Children 3-5 should not be left alone while taking Palersize. This age group can be prone to injury, especially in a living environment. Please remain close by for assistance if need be. Also, Please let them explore their own way of movement. Time is their best friend! The more they Palersize, the more they discover how to do the movement on their own : )
